A Cohort of Professional Development Trainings that addresses the 3 Pillars:
 

1.  Administration who sees a patterns of concern.

2.  Instructional Leaders who model a solutions.

3.  Teachers who implement it.

 

Goals are aligned: Everyone is rowing in the same direction, reducing wasted effort and professional burnout.

The workshops will be held in El Paso, Texas.  And will require the Principal, Curriculum Leader, and Teachers to attend three days throughout the spam of a month.
